What was your previous car?

Started with a 1995 Ford Thunderbird LX with a 4-speed automatic paired to a 4.6L SOHC V8. Nobody from my highschool thought much of it until some ******* with a celica gts talked **** to me. Walked him and his muffler (thing was big enough to be considered a whole other vehicle) hard in front of the whole school. Loved that car. Sold it to my cousin after I graduated and got my RX8. The T-bird had over 200,000 miles on it and still hung door to door with me every second of first gear. Awesome first car. Still runs strong from what my cousin says. No major repairs needed other than ac.
I'll never forget though when I first looked into selling the T-bird. I check the odometer and it says 146,XXX. Yikes. So I go back into the house.
Me: Mom, I'm gonna need a new car soon!
Mom: Why?
Me: Cuz the T-bird has over 146 thousand miles on it.
Mom: No it doesn't.
Me: Yes it does, I just went outside and checked the odometer.
Mom: Erik, the odometer has been broken for like 4 years.

G35 coupe
my previous car was a 2005 G35 coupe with Volk SF-challengers, staggered
Injen CAI , complete Brembo swap, with drilled/slotted rotors and SS brake lines, as well as more suspension upgrades then I care to lists
and to top it all off I had the Stillen stage 2 supercharger on it for 6 months which they claim bumbed it to 410, never had it dyno'd
the car before that was a 1995 Nissan 300zx, bone stock but boy do I miss that car, I kind of felt about that Z car like I do about the RX8 today

where should i start, it all started back in 98 i had purcahced a 88 ford escort, quickly followed by an 86 daytona turbo z(junk) had to buy a beater for worj when that wasn't running so i got a 89 escort gt(very reliable) shortly followed by a 95 v6 auto camaro (had for 6 months traded out of cuz it sucked ***)bought a 95 z28 camaro lt1 6spd was alright kinda slow (14.3 @99.9mph spinning) got rid and bought a 99 z28 camaro ls1 6spd sport appearance package , tht was alot better (13.50 @ 105 mph with k&n and flowmaster)sold it bought yet another beater a 93 plymouth duster 3.0 v6 5spd (made an alright work beater) drove it only a couple months bought a 2003 eclipse gt 5spd and put 50,000 miles on it and traded it in on 2004 pontiac grand am gt sct put 95,000 miles on it , never broke anything so felt it was time to get rid of it traded in on a leftover 2007 crystal white pearl 6spd rx8 and i have to say i love it ,butneeds about 50 more horse though , oh and don't forget the 99 gsxr 600 or the 2003 gsxr 750

1: A 1994 Green Hyundai Excel - first car, before the dawn of digital cameras. I do have an... analog pic but am to lazy to scan that in.
I donated that to my mom at around the 120k mile mark. She finally ran it into the ground just a few months ago, says she replaced it with an 85 VW van, I have yet to see it. I got rid of the excel when I got:
2: 1994 Eagle Talon. That baby had a massive 100 hp. Not much more I can say about it, really. I thought it was cool at the time. But it had 190k miles on it by the time I was done with it, and I started commuting 140 miles per day, so it was time to get a newer and safer car that would be able to handle a couple of years of highway driving, which lead to:
3: 2003 Hyundai Tiburon. I was interested in the 2nd gen tiburon as soon as I saw photos of them. Sadly I only got the 4-banger because gas-mileage, even a difference of only 5-6 mpg meant a lot to me (the 170hp V6 got ~25 mpg highway). I got 31 mpg in this car on almost every tank. Sometimes even 32 and 33 mpg, so that frugal choice paid off big time... back when I thought $2.00 per gallon was steep. It had a pretty sweet setup with a sliding sunroof and even leather seats. After a couple of years, my new GF, now wife, told me it was "not a real sports car", which broke my heart. A couple years later she made me get this:
4: 2005 RX-8. I thought I would miss my last car. Maybe with something else I would have, but the 8 basically stole all my affection immediately. The 8 makes the old car feel like a kid's toy.
