couldnt get a pic but leaving work the other day i saw a ~95 caprice with an evo wing, fart can, factory hub caps and everything looked like it was painted with a brush. kinda looked similar in color to winning blue. driver also had the gansta lean

If that is really yours, its an example of a not so tasteful sticker so others can hopefully avoid that.
