what the h*** is this vehicle?

Seen yesterday, 5:30pm on 85S around Sunnyvale. I noticed it merging from an onramp while I was in the center lane, my cam was on the passenger seat and it was already in the carpool lane and gone gone gone (heavy traffic)

I want one. Anyone knows more about it?

hm, yes, gas saver.
That's a way to justify it!!!

1.1 liter 4-cylinder engine, should get 60 mpg. Maybe a used one and trading in the RX-8?

@NVMYGT: I do not watch TV. Ever.

What about the Ariel Atom? Has a supercharger option that goes 0-60 in 2.9 and can handle just as well as the T-Rex. Didn't have time to find all the specs, but you get the idea...
