Today i brought in my car for the recall and saw a red Mazdaspeed 6 in the service parking lot area! If anyone has the chance to stop by Browning Mazda in Cerritos,CA...DO IT! That car looks freakin awesome in person. Tech guy says they're just running some tests on it and should be in full swing on the lots any day now.

On a side note: Talked to tech guy and he said he saw 2 rx8's (in stock body form not ms gear) being tested in las vegas, claiming that both supercharged and turbocharged versions are being compared for reliablity and drivability. Any validity to this guy's info? Or repost?

 

It's about freaking time, I've already grown bored and moved on from this car and it hasn't even been released yet...

yes both supercharged and turbocharged 8s have been/ are being tested by MNAO

 

Cerritos and Tustin Mazda are the best in the area. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM HB AND IRVINE. They try to screw you over in every way shape and form.

What kind of improvements are we expecting from the turbo'd and sc RX-8?

 

cool! I saw one in Gardena rolling around about 3 months ago. Gotta stop by browning to check it out

 

Just read on autoweek.com that the car won't be release until late September. The release date was pushed back because a higher final drive is being installed.

 

I'll have to check this out when they send me a recall notice.
