you could do that same look with a full wrap for 5k and it would last for 10 years. plus you could do it in sections and if it were damaged just print a new section.

you can do better? so far your pics are all under exposed and your editing leaves a lot to be desired, you have a lot to learn still clearly. I kept my mouth shut last time when you posted your pics that you took after bashing more of my pics cus im a firm believer of if you have nothing positive to say keep your mouth shut. But when you show me pics that i can look up to and get inspiration off come back to me.

So go keep practicing

so wait, with that kind of editing, you fully expect everyone to share the same likes as you? Post that stuff on POTN and they will laugh at you...

Since you can't take an opinion posted on a public forum?

Excellent work! I'm glad that there are people around that are still talented enough to do something like this.

^Well, I read what everyone said on POTN and they all liked your pics. Even the 1 or 2 guys that did not like all of them said why, and gave you some advice on what to change. Which is the purpous of opinions. When someone just says, I dont like it, it makes it look like a toy...Well if they are also interested in photography than they should give you imput on what to do to change it. Which alex did not do. Reguardless, I think your pictures are flawless.

thanks top gear, i am by no means a perfect photographer, but when criticism is involved it needs to be a bit more constructive than 'the pics are meh'
what the hell is meh anyway

although i don't think i'd ever be able to pull off a paint job like that, i think these pictures really enhance what the car owner was going for. once again anthony, nice work!

meh = http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=meh

i heard it is now included in the dictionary

I've always liked photo.net better.

I had a lot of pj training in college, to be honest I find the tree limbs "growing" out of the truck to be very distracting. Overall good composition but it seems you forgot to check your backgrounds.

You've got a good kit going the 50 1.4, 100/2, and 17-40L are great lenses

someone paid 8k for that? why? did they sand it down to bare metal prior to painting it? did they do the jams and pull the engine and paint the firewall and everything else under the hood? What kind of paint did they use? 8k seems a bit steep for what I'm seeing in those pics, nice work on the photography though

Zoom, you could, but then you would be driving a sticker, and it'd still be the same truck. At least he's got some sweet paint now.

So some of those were taken with a EF 17-40mm f/4L USM... *puts that on his list of lens's to get.*

Those photos seem to have a large dynamic range, but they aren't HDR are they? Just processed? I just got a Canon D450 so now I'm trying to figure out how people get great photos so I can shamelessly rip off their techniques with my own subjects.
