2002 Volvo S40 with 35,871 miles for 15,999 could be drop to 13,500.

The dealership said its never been in an accident and when I test drove it, the feel and handling was better than the Used Benz C240 and the acceleration and braking was like new. The Engine was very quiet also. They also said they can give me the Carfax?

I'm not really good at buying the right used car so I just wanted know what you guys think.

 

look up the blue book value price for it. dont get ripped off try www.carbuyingtips.com they have a really great guide to buying used cars and negotiating the best deal while avoiding scams. good luck

Volvo's are so low on the food chain if someone actually stole a Volvo I still wouldn't consider it "a steal".
