this service center is so suck!!

you guys understand if i paid for attaching fender strakes for $240?

Even if I paid $40 anyway, royal mazda service in san francisco is so suck!!

don't meet 'chris' his full name was christopher sung. I think he's tring to make

a big money. let me tell more. attaching fender strakes is so easy job.. you know.

I already read instruction to attach those things by myself. But I couldn't do that

because I didn't have any tool. I could buy tools. I didn't have enough time.

so.. I went to service center in san francisco. hoo...

he called me estimated price to attach those things would be $40. And I

repeated $40.

When I went to pick up my car, he had charged $240!!!!!

are you kidding me? And I asked him how much is labor fee per an hour.

$160.. amazing!! Even if that's true, they took 1 hour 30 munites to attach

fender strakes!!! it's so easy job.. I think 30 munites ok..

Don't go there to get service~ this service center is so suck and they didn't perfe

ctly do what I asked. I went there every day for 5 days.

His last name is Sung....your user name is Sung.

Your location is Salt Lake City (UT?) but you took your car to a dealer in San Francisco CA.

You were guaranteed that the charge would be $40, but you let them charge you $240.

Sounds weird to me.

I hate when people say "its so easy". If it is so easy, do it yourself. Seems you could make the time. Also, was that parts and labor or just labor? If just labor, did they call to update the estimate?

Funny... don't the strakes come with directions?

Swoope is the easy way taking the tire off or popping the inner fender wells out with the lug wrench?

$240 for strakes?

If you think that's bad, I paid Mazda $450 to install Speed Holes in my hood. They told me it was an advanced engineering theory pioneered by some guy named Simpson. But I found out after the fact that all they did was use an ice pic. And I also discovered to my dismay that the Speed Holes weren't compatible with my Sequential Turbonator system.
