They definitely toned it down from the NY auto show concept, which is unfortunate

Look at the graphics above the front tire.

 

I'm surprised it's left hand drive.

 

The wing, spoiler and skirts look like a part of the disguise.

 

Looks like a Subie wing...

 

it looks like a GT-R mate with Supra.

cuz the front looks like a R35, then the mid and Rear body (especially the Wing) reminds me of the Supra.

if the Subie version has a Turbo,then HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm tasty.

 

In size or shape? Look at some of the other pictures... it's a weird looking wing and I doubt that will be on actual models. If it is, that's a little silly and definitely detracts from the car.

I'll show favor to a car before it reaches production but I try not to hate/dislike a car before then. The concepts have given me hope that it will be a good car. This hasn't really changed my hope too much... the fact that it's disguised makes it hard to know how it will end up looking.

 

The rear definitely reminds me of a Supra with the extra tall TRD spoiler. Either way, I hope this car does well, because I am sure Mazda is waiting for the sales reports of the FT-86 to surface before they make any dramatic moves.

 

The earlier mule doesn't have the wing, side skirts or front lip.

Wow. That is crap. I know its mule but that is nothing like the concept from NYC.

Looks a lot better while in motion than in those photos.

 

Checkout the 2011 STi spoiler. Looks the same.

 

Too high for my taste, but to each, their own.

 

Similar but not the same. It's really just the flared out little extra "wings" at the bottom that seem a bit odd. I think they could use a better overall design, but they could get rid of those little flares and improve it a lot.
