S2000, 350z or RX-8????
From those three, I bought the RX-8!!! Love the car....But had alot of doubts when peolple start telling me, 350zzs are better and all. So, need some insights about this issue....like performance wise, mod .......

^^lol^^
since Ike won't, i'll say it nicely, you should've searched
performance wise, you got the wrong car
the s2000 is similiar, but better slightly better performance wise, but is not very practicle
the 350z is torquey, much faster in the straights, lacks a little bit in the turns, but again not as practicle
the rx8 likes to rev, has 4 decently usuable seats, does well in autoX's but will lack in straights
the 8 will not respond to mods as well and the only way to really get a noticeable performance gain is FI.
the end.

well, as you may know, the 8 is the "least fast" of the bunch in a straight line (not that important, though, but i guess that is subjective). however, it can be argued that the 8's handling/driver experience is superior to the other two. only having driven the 8 out of those 3, i ca't really attest to that statement, but i can tell you that after 2 years, i am still amazed by the feel of the car & love it more with each day.
that being said, the performance aftermarket for the 8 is not up to par with the Z or S2K, as the engine is unique, therefore a smaller market, not as easy to just fit already created systems to the car, etc. good luck, it certainly is an unbelievably fun car as it stands.

s2000 - comptech supercharger, around 3000$ 340hp, factory warranty, BUT too small
350z - 300hp stock, with turbo can be easily up in 400 - 500hp range, BUT ugly n wierd interior
rx8 - 300hp with greddy turbo hopefully no blown apex seals with good tuning, but all round nicer car than both of the above, better looking too IMO

Among the 3, the S2000 would be my first choice. Other than a bit more acceleration, the Z has nothing over it. The 8 is just slightly more practical with the 4 seat, sometimes I wished there was none so its lighter and smaller. Just my opinion though
