As a Houston Cop, I do this a lot... We do it to let speeders know that they are going to fast, and that they need to slow down. He might have had a prisoner in the rear seat and couldn't pull you over. Or if he was anything like me, he just didnt care too much about speeders. Dont worry about a ticket. All tickets have to be signed

....As far as that camera crap, thats only for running RED LIGHTS..... NEVER SPEEDING.....
