Quite pleased with Toyota Canada
Two weeks ago my wife was on the highway and a rod went through the engine block and created a large hole.
The car is a 1997 Toyota Camry with 70K kilometres. The engine is a 2L four.
The car has always been serviced at Toyota dealers at the recommended intervals.
Given the good maintenance record, even if the car is out of warranty but with low mileage, Toyota Canada is paying for a the new engine and its installation.
I am very pleased with Toyota goodwill.
