Grand-Am and Lemans probably.

Grand-Am has 4 classes, and typically the high 2 and low 2 classes compete on the track at the same time. There haven't been any Lamborghini's in recent years (perhaps ever?), however Ferrari is showing up in 2012 season with the Italia in the GT class (2nd highest). My favorite team (Speedsource RX-8 #69) lost it's driver's to one of the Ferrari teams. Other cars in that class are the Camaro, RX-8 (3 rotor), 911 GT3, Corvette primarily.

Lemans has had Lamborghini's and Ferrari's in recent years in the lower GT classes, though their races are less televised.

Both series have a 24hr race in their season that are always a fantastic time from a spectator's point of view.

Yes. Grand-Am typically has all their races on Speed. Lemans just has some of them. The 24hrs of Lemans typically has 14-18 hours of coverage, with the rest on SpeedTV.com. The other Lemans races are typically not covered on Speed (unless I'm just seriously out of the loop) Part of this is because the 24hrs of Lemans is actually the meshing of several different series. The American Lemans is one series that includes the 24hr of Lemans in France as part of it's season, and I believe several of the European series also "loop in" the 24hr race as part of theirs. It makes it a bit harder to follow, and I'm not sure exactly what you are going after here.

FIA GT series in Europe is THE racing series to watch, if you can find it. Some sites stream, I've found torrents.

gt1world.com has some video of the final race in Argentina. GT1 is the top level wit up to 600hp. Modified Nissan, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Ford (GT40), and Chevrovelt (Corvette) compete. The Lambos were doing very well last year.

GT3 has undergone a bit of revitalization. Not as modified as GT1, but bigger fields with BMW Z4, 370Z, F458, Merc SLS, Audi R8, 911 GT3 RS etc. It's more for semi-pro drivers. The main reason I pay attention to this class is because the Spa 24 uses it and there are talks of expanding this class worldwide. http://gt3europe.com/

GT2 is more like the ALMS GT class. I haven't watched a race in a while, and their website is crap http://gt3europe.com/

Honestly, i REALLY wish FIA GT was broadcast in the USA. How ******* cool is it to see a race-prepped lamborghini murcielago blasting around with other supercars? Don't get me wrong, I love F1 and other racing series, but that GT class is amazing because they are based on real road supercars, blasting away the way you wish you saw them behaving on the street. Beautiful.....

FIA GT is motorsport at its finest. The cars are also faster than their american and japenese counterparts and the duels are just as good. Makes up for a great race all the time.
The bad thing is that it's not really broadcasted on public networks and I refuse to spend money on other tv services. Even the racetracks are often left half empty
Motorsport is dying in europe.

The FIA is literally killing it, stupid frenchies.

In the US, we may be able to see it in the winter season on Speed. They also show the DTM (German GT) series and British Touring Cars. You may need a DVR to catch them. They broadcast them during non-prime hours, like during the weekday and late nights. Also, look for the Targa Newfoundland and Australian Targas.

GT1 has most power so it's the most expensive series to run, and there are weird rules like each car has to have two teams running them. That's why the Maseratis weren't running this year. However, the GT3 races are quite packed.

Yes but even a gt3 season can cost upwards of half a million €...
