Pricing announced for 2009 Mazda6

Pricing starts at 18550 for the 4 banger and 6 speed manual. the 6 cyl. starts at 24130, no manual available at launch only the 6spd shiftable auto.

The 4 cyl models with the 6AT are certified PZEV for Cali emissions states and SULEV while the 6s are ULEV.
170 hp for the i4 and 273 for the v6.

you'll be happy to know in the UK they have the next-gen 5-door and wagon (estate) available.
