And a few weeks ago I also saw a hardtop Boxster S. The Boxster look infinitely better with the hardtop and the S2000 looked marginally better.
I never realized people could actually do this and have the top look so neatly integrated.

Hardtop boxter S= Porshe Cayman
or do you mean a removable hardtop?
Yes, removable hardtops on those two that would allow you to keep the soft top (like the Miata's) would be a GREAT option.

Actually the Boxster and and Cayman look very different to me.

1935 lbs. FTW!
Lots of people have the factory OEM S2000 hardtop. It's nice in the summer/winter with the extreme temps but I have the top down most of the time. Last year for the Christmas lights drive with the local S2000 club we had about 15 S's with the top down when it was 34 degrees outside. Everyone was staring at is, it was a great time.

I love the look of a Boxster with a removable hard top (even though I'm not a convertable fan), but I not liking the look of the Cayman no matter how hard I try. I think the 911 still looks the best when it comes to Porsche coupes.
