Corruption allegations threaten Indian Grand Prix
Allegations of corruption are threatening to spoil the party ahead of the inaugural Formula One Indian Grand Prix in October. Suresh Kalmadi, the politician and sports administrator who initiated the nation's F1 project, has been dismissed after 16 years as the president of the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) for allegedly trying to hinder a major fraud inquiry by the nation's Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) that potentially could involve the Grand Prix promoter.

In 2004, the IOA appointed Kalmadi chairman of the organizing committee of the Commonwealth Games in Delhi. The CBI is investigating alleged financial malpractice in connection with contracts awarded ahead of the event last October. According to Indian media, the CBI will also investigate unsubstantiated rumors that illegal profits from the games are being laundered through the company set up as the promoter of the upcoming F1 race, which is part-owned by Kalmadi's son.

Williams came up with the double-decker and a lot of great aero innovations in the last years, let's hope they still got it! (btw that car is ugly as hell, is that the official livery?)

now could Paul Di Resta be a real threat to all top tier teams?
Driver Car Best time Laps Difference
1 Fernando Alonso Ferrari F150 1’13.307 108
2 Sebastian Vettel Red Bull-Renault RB7 1’13.614 43 0.307
3 Paul di Resta Force India-Mercedes VJM03 1’13.844 111 0.537
4 Lewis Hamilton McLaren-Mercedes MP4-25 1’14.353 83 1.046
5 Robert Kubica Renault R31 1’14.412 104 1.105
6 Narain Karthikeyan HRT-Cosworth F110 1’14.472 80 1.165
7 Nico Rosberg Mercedes W02 1’14.645 69 1.338
8 Timo Glock Virgin-Cosworth VR-01 1’15.408 34 2.101
9 Rubens Barrichello Williams-Cosworth FW33 1’16.023 50 2.716
10 Sergio Perez Sauber-Ferrari C30 1’16.198 42 2.891
11 Pastor Maldonado Williams-Cosworth FW33 1’16.266 29 2.959
12 Sebastien Buemi Toro Rosso-Ferrari STR6 1’16.359 46 3.052
13 Jaime Alguersuari Toro Rosso-Ferrari STR6 1’16.474 64 3.167
14 Mark Webber Red Bull-Renault RB7 1’17.365 17 4.058
15 Heikki Kovalainen Lotus-Renault T128 1’20.649 15 7.342

Of course testing doesn't really tell us much, but I think he's posing threats... potentially bettering Mercs.

It depends, as an updated "MP4-25" they might be running the KERS since it's fully developped and tested (2009). Therefore they would be 20kg heavier than the Force India.
