I read in a comapro that the computer controls the throttle anyways up until like 3rd or something because there is way too much power for FWD already. So no point in adding power until the suspension is stiffened and the tire compound softened. Also, I won't believe its "faster" until it gets a better lap time than an RX-8. I don't think anyone here bought the 8 because it drags well

dmp, what makes you sound 16 is your references to name calling, panties and taking things up the ***. All things that may describe a weekend for you, but nonetheless makes you sound juvenile.

Geez, who am I to argue with a guy who believes “4MPH and .3 seconds is HUGE DUDE!” Well it ain’t, not when the vast majority of people who actually drag their cars struggle to come anywhere close to what their cars are capable of. 10MPH and over differences like a C6s, GTO, EVO, STI are closer to your description of HUGE. Even still, what word would you use to describe my bike that traps at over 140MPH? Can YOU find a better word at www.hop.com? You can? That’s nice, I knew you can.
I like many cars, my posts have praised G35’s, BMW’s, Mustang’s, Vette’s, S2000’s, 350’s, Austin Healys, Mini’s, air cooled 911’s, even Citroens I think. But yeah I’m a RX8 fan too, and I’ll always get a kick out of picking on those who dismiss the 8 because it doesn’t do 1 thing well. Too much of that negative **** on here.

Every time one of these posts pops up you're in it defending the RX-8 like it's your first born and making excuses why it's OK that the RX-8 isn't as fast. How the RX-8 can take them on a track, blah blah blah. 5mph trap speed is a big difference, ******* deal with it already.
