It looks hot, but i hope they revise the tail light a little bit more. Im waiting on concrete info on the engine. seems Nissan and Toyota are locked in a hp war right now, in the end the consumers are the winner. the interior is gorgeous

Nice, looks a bit different. The front is longer more sloop, the rear fenders seem to come out more and look more blended.
And that interior.....Very very very very nice.
I am not liking the headlights, think they trailed them to far back. Maybe cut a couple inches off their length and would look better.

its the first redesign. most cars get redesigned after 4 years or so. it might not be G35 anymore, might be G37 or G40 even. depends on what they want to do to reach their 330+hp target. They could add DFI like the Lexus IS350 engine and increase the compression ratio and raise redline etc, or use a bored out version of the VQ35 to 3.7 liters.
Or retune the VQ40 engine in their SUV to a sporty tune. If they use the VQ40, i think it should make a lot more than 330hp.
And since theres no G35 badge or any type of model madge on the rear end of the concept, I think chances are the engine will no longer be a 3.5 liter V6. Infiniti has requested Nissan of Japan to have an option available to put the 4.5 liter V8 in the G35, so the car might end up with more than 1 engine option ala the M series.

Very nice, a good evolutionary design for the G. In fact, (IMHO) this design flows much better than the very choppy looking GT-R Proto concept which was displayed at the Tokyo Motor Show.

Nice! It looks like it might have more room in the bag and it's more aggressive looking. The only thing I would reconsider is the rear lights.
Also, there is a little lip on the trunk that looks "Pontiac G6 coupe-ish" but the pictures couldn't show it very well so I would have to look at it a bit more...but, congrats G35 folks and nice job Nissan.

Don't sweat the e46 M3 performance out of the box. That'll be plenty to kill the e90 330ci. As far as the e90 M3 goes... Nissan is also looking at a V8 option.
EDIT:Just noticed your later comments Playdoh43... we're on the same page.

^^ as far as what will make production... just magazine speculations. As far as the death of the VQ and rise of the VZ (I believe that is what the designation will be)... both from several magazines and... a little birdy told me.
