Well i finally broke down and bought a brand spanking new 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 TRX4. It's "for my wife" haha, but the thing is sweet. i also got a killer deal on it MSRP was 40500 and i got it for 32500. It's electric blue, has blue tooth, moon roof, power seats, power pedals, a HEMI, you name it its got it, all except leather but i hate leather anyways. It puts a damper on me getting stuff for my 8 but its the sacrifice i make. That and i haven't told her about the goodies that it will be towing like my bass boat when i get back to the lower 48 and whatever other car i wanna pick up to race lol :P. Anyways i will post pics of it tonight so you guys can all sneak a peak. It's one sweet truck and i am almost as excited about it as i was when i bought my 8.

 

Gas Hog

 

I almost forgot it also has an auto start, and the absolute best is, a LIFETIME WARRANTY ON POWER TRAIN. That means this truck is gonna be in my family longer than me lol. I didn't buy a V-8 truck for the gas it consumes, no more than i bought my 8 for its notorious gas mileage haha.

 

the lifetime warranty sounds nice, just be aware it's only valid for you, so worthless for resale value.

 

Ya i dont plan on selling this truck though :P, why would i sell something that is covered like that on warranty.

nice truck, nice color, but black would've looked pretty friggin EVIL!! whats the ratings on the truck? H.P. , TQ, gas mileage etc..

 

Yeah, in my area all the new 2007 Rams were going for $10,500 off sticker. I looked at the indentical truck and they offered it to me for just over $30k. I thought pretty hard about it, but with a re-design right around the corner I thought better of it.

I talked to a lot of my friends and they were like "...a Dodge, are you sure?"

Good luck with yours though, they are a pretty good looking truck and the power is nice, the gas mileage is not though.
