new Mercedez Mc-Laren... AWESOME
Guys, you have to go to this site and check that car out.:
http://www.mercedes-benz.com/d/cars/...03/default.htm
Now don't tell me this car doesn't have a very well known look for us, specially the back side of it.
Hey, i know this is worth 8 times what our RX-8 is but the silhouette, the red interior insert, the look from the side....
I WANT ONE OF THOSE TOO !!!!

I love the start button!
Sadly, I'll never be able to afford one in this life ... and without back seats I could never take the wife and kids along with me ...

hey did anyone see that article in an American car mag recently (R&T, i think) that said that Mercedes will probably buy McLaren by 2007? The article hinted that:
--McLaren would be Mercedes' Ferrari-fighter
--There would be 3 models...
----The F3--The 360 Modena equivalent
----The F2--The 575M equivalent
----And *drumroll please* the successor to the F1--with 650 bhp coming from an engine with minimal friction parts allowing it to rev into 5 figures (sort of sounds like a rotary, huh? certainly not though...) Would be the enzo competitor
Anyway, the new F1 sounds like quite a car. >10000 rpm in a streetcar! YEAH! :D

Horsepower Anybody???
After looking around the Mercedes site a little bit, I think I found our missing HP! The '04 SL600 took it! According to their page on this car...
The SL600 is superbly designed for the sport of driving. Its twin-turbocharged V12 engine generates 493 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque that rockets you from 0 to 60 in just 4.5 seconds.
Yikes!!!!

I prefer the Mercedes F400 Carving.
It's only a prototype, and I doubt they'd sell it to the public, but the Active Camber Control is all worth it.
3.4L v6 provides good kick, but when was the last time you had a car with responsive camber changes on turns to handle 1.28gs?
