I dont like how they are using them in Mazda 5's but the fact that "The Mazda rotary engine definitely has a future." makes me feel better... but I dont want it in a Mazda 5 before the newer RX...

best quote wasn't even rotary related, assuming they can walk the talk.

I could not find a profile for the guy. I just hope he is a car guy (perhaps with some racing pedigree) that will keep the ethos of the company.

before becoming CEO it was chief of human resources, dont' know his job before that. but is a mazda employee since the end of university.

Matt is correct as usual...

Most if not all of Mazda's top executives (Japanese) have been with the company for many decades, and they usually pic loyal long serving staff to fill the key positions.

This is good news, a 1 Billion Pound Loss was a lot more than I thought..
