Easily the best looking Honda I've ever seen.

They are. But, there is just too much **** all over this thing. They need to smooth out the front and rear bumpers and ditch some of the holes.

Why don't they use the CRX nameplate for this car?

It looks more CRX than Civic IMO.

I'm surprised everyone thinks this looks good.

Well, I don't like the current look either though....

That's exactly what I was thinking, looks like an updated version of the CRX - especially from the straight-on rear view. Though, the CRX wasn't its own model, it was still a Civic so I suppose the CRX moniker isn't particularly necessary even if it is quite fitting.

I agree with BlueEyes, it needs a bit tidying up, but it has potential to look very cool.

yes CRX would better fit the car, it looks so small and compact, i think the spoiler could be intregrated into the car body below the wind shield and it would look better.

I like it but I think they should put a big 4 foot spoiler on the back...

I agree, white would look nice and make it a little less over the top.

The CRX has been dead for ages. Why would this Type R hatch be any different from other Civic hatches?

I loved it until I saw the back end picture. Honda almost had it!

I guess this is based on the Euro Civic
http://paultan.org/archives/2005/07/...6-honda-civic/

Why can't they bring this here! I hate how america gets so few hatchbacks. You can see more if you go to a euro honda website like www.honda.co.uk

A couple more huge TYPE R emblems, and it would be perfect.

The rear sucks, cars with large and tall rear looks really ugly much like the old mazda 323 astina hatch.

Its an evil looking egg. The front looks much better than the back. I wonder how much it would cost.
