here in continental EU Mx-5 is ABSOLUTELY NOT a "gay car"....
BTW..is a record for mx-5 outside Japan...

Agreed with the gay jokes. I've got a miata and love it to death and am not gay in the least.
Show me another car in this price range that is a proper rear wheel drive sports car with a drop top

Oh, I am not saying that I agree with the stereotypes (but having the words "MX-5" and "Parade" in the same sentence did offer several illustrations). I was just saying that I heard all kinds of punch lines in my own mind that I was not comfortable posting. I am more comfortable making cultural/racial jokes than I am sexual jokes.

Guinness Book of World Records was by breaking the record for forming the longest continuous parade of all time....single file..
Mazda Japan's MX-5 20th anniversary had about 1600 5's in 4 lanes, approx 400 cars each lane.
There were 459 cars in this Europe event...the "longest" one is the record breaker.

Well, a close friend of mine (who happens to be gay) wondered if those involved in this parade were sporting rainbow flags and feather boas during this "parade". His words, not mine, when I told him about this thread!

RX8 & RX7 owner
So anyone who went to Sevenstock this year.. and others, you can easily tell this was the largest Sevenstock. DO you think there is a possibility of having a Guiness Record for RX7's/RX8's or Rotary Powered Vehicles at next years Sevenstock? Just Sayin'. Guiness have a phone number or something? Dont know if the Guiness Record here is for the most Miatas in one place or most miatas in a caravan. If so, we easily win the most RX7's (hope they can count RX8s) in one place. If it was most RX7's in a caravan, then it can easily be done when the RX7's go from the staging area to Courtyard/Show area. Wadda ya'll think? For the biggest RX8 caravan its hands down the SoCal Caravan to Sevenstock. The fact the possibility of a Record being set at Mazdas Headquaters is a big +, and the fact that we are not GAY like Miata owners is a bigger +.
