I didn't realize it at first, but the OP is a Chicago RX7 driver. That looks like it was taken on the city streets along I-55. I don't know the exact location.
Update: That looks like the location is in the Bridgeport area of Chicago.

 

There are some lights that are advised not to stop at in Detroit. ie:Highland Park area

the Cam I use it DXG-567V High Definition Digital Camcorder. it's cheap. about $50. I use a suction mount to stick it on the windshield. It's easy to put on and take off.
