me and one of my good friends each recently got our first cars. mine is a 2003 silver toyota celica. his is a 2005 honda civic. he always calls mine a chick car, but i definetly think more chicks drive civics than celicas. please vote here and tell me which is more of a chick car

it depends, is his car a civic coupe? because the previous generation civic coupes were hard core chick cars. Is your celica a GT or a GT-S? Auto or manual. this is a close race here, every little bit counts.

On the other hand, a bunch of RX-8 owners just told you you had a girly car. I kinda think you're screwed either way. RX-8's aren't exactly known as the most "masculine" of cars out there (not trying to start a flame war at all....my best friend keeps tellilng me "You're 350Z is an awsome car for hot chicks. men...not so much")

Bottom line: dont worry about it. Drive what puts a smile on your face.

^ the rx8 can be a chick car but its not considered that, even though chicks can drive it and look damn sexy...ugly chicks drive civics and celicas and tcs, hot chicks that know whats up drive 8s.

 

You forgot to include The RX8 in the "Chick Car" catagory. If I had a dime for every chick I see driving an "8" I would be rich. -Almost dropped this car for that reason alone.

 

All RX8 owners are hot!! Anyways, I only see men driving these cars...

 

The Celica is totally a chick's car. For some reason, I always see the suped up yellow Celicas driven by chicks that think they all dat. But it doesn't matter.. everytime I see a Celica and look inside BAM! its some chick.

 

both are auto, his is the coupe. mine has more horsepower, so i dont exactly see why its more of a chick car. around here probably 65% or celica drivers i see are male. the way i see it, for a first car both are awesome cars. pretty much any car a 16 year old can afford is not going to be the most masculine car on the road.

and i have to say the celica is more of a chick car, and a lot of people drive civics cuz they are cheap and a good all around car. so your gona have a lot of girls driving them too

 

Dont get a body kit....just save your money and buy something with a manual. having a manual is at least a 15 Percent reduction in girlieness for any car. My first car was also a celica, but it was an 88 Alltrac. 15 percent manliness for M/T, 5 percent for AWD, 25 Percent for being turbocharged and a further 10 percent for being old and ugly.

 

the other day at work....someone asked me how long my sister was gonna let me borrow her car(my rx8).....so i waited till he drove off then snuck up on him and scared the hell out of him with my turboxs exhaust....all i could see was the "wtf was that" look on his face.......yeah but celica is defiantly a chick car
