Mazda is following the new Marketing trend of setting up a website for a new model which allows the web surfer to edit their own version of a commercial using pre-recorder video tidbits.

the new one is for the just introduced to Europe MX-5 PRHT. (some might have been in the states by now as well had they not been aboard the cougar ace)

it doesnt have as many choices as some- it limits you to 4 different genres and 4 charachters. its a little slow- but its also sort of amusing to watch the alien fire his ray gun at the attacker's groin.


they did this before of course with the RX-8 as well but they have not fallen into the trap of allowing user created messages to appear in the edited sements as other companies have. recently one such site, for the new Chevy Tahoe https://www.rx8club.com/general-automotive-49/chevys-make-your-own-tahoe-commercial-idea-not-exactly-going-planned-100259/ , was yanked out of cyberspace while i was starting a thread about it.
