Why wouldn't Bach qualify the car? His dad is the B in B-K! I think the general consensus was that Guy was the faster of the two last year but for whatever reason he's not back... The young Bach is just that though: he's young. I'm sure he'll get faster with more experience. More experience = learning not to bend the car on the qualifying out lap in this case.

Did anyone else read the report on DSC that said Aston Martin might be returning to the ALMS after Le Mans? Figures they'd wait till after Houston to do that. Limey bastards!

I'm sure Bach would qualify the car..it's just a matter of where?? The logical option would be Devlin if he's putting in the best times. Didn't really matter with the breakdown. Is that the motor they ran at Sebring? Maybe it's a blessing if it was going to go that it went in qualifying rather than the race.
Hope the trip to the vet was just routine.

Aston Martin back in the game would be great. I think they're running in the Euro series.

breaking in the new motor?

I hope nothing else breaks during the race, its a short race, I really really hope they can last a little more than an hour of racing (1:40 with cautions).

The boys are ready to roll... in the morning Jamie brushed the wall, so.... anyway the team is ready and will run a conservative from the back strategy to learn and hopefully finish the race well.

Any idea what broke during qualifying? Also any idea on what we are getting DI on that motor? They have over a month between Utah and Lime Rock. Hopefully they can get some intense work in during that period. Car does look awesome, now we just need to keep improving.
This is from the Friday practice.

I have a feeling they might not get DI until next season, DI is a pain in the rear to work with, tuning wise, they cant even get the current engine management to work properly.

Yeah, the car is gorgeous, i love the lines on the Lola, and the paint is good too.
