So I just found this cruising the interwebz...probably should go in the "What not to do to your car" thread, but thought the whole process was kind of distinct.

http://englishrussia.com/index.php/2...s-and-pu-foam/

Still a butt-a$$ ugly car, but just crazy what is possible with enough time, money, and foam.

Cheers

Lot of effort for an ugly ride. I have to admit it came out way better than I thought it would. Especially after seeing the fur coat Did he paint the foam or glass over it and then paint?

I was not expecting that kind of quality work using that foam, but I must admit he did a good job. I don't like it, but it's a quality job. I guess you work with what you know... and I'm guessing this guy didn't know how to fab his own body parts with metal or using molds lol.

I must give the builder props. He did a great job of making a car from nothing. But. I bet it weighs 5000 lbs
