If laser spark plugs ever do come to market, I'm so getting them installed with clear rotor housings.

 

I mentioned hearing about this new technology back in April, '06 and I thought it would be perfect for better control of the burn in Rotary"s combustion chamber but no one seemed interested in it enough to comment.

 

Yes! We can remove one spark plug point at some one and Zap them.

No more divorce! Poor X wife...

The more I'm thinking, with this technology, would we still need the 2 plug holes? I guess depending no the spread/power of the new plugs, we may still need two, but I imagine one with the points of fire *top, middle and bottom* would be plenty to do a complete burn.
