Don't you think putting a supercar up against a couple of $30k compacts/rally cars is a bit overkill?

+ when the CCX crashes in the first turn, and the STIs and Evos continue on around the track, intimidation goes out the window

Holy Sheep Dip! I want to see what it does after they fit a wing on it.

Best quote: "I think Koenigsegg is Swedish for 'Oh no! My head's just exploded!' In here, no one can hear you scream!"

No need to take it personally. I know plenty of cool EVO and STI owners...one of them happened to provide the genetic material that defines for my existance.

*EDIT*

Eh, it was a generalization...it says more about how a group of people is comedically percieved, than how they actually are. Just try to consider what i said a joke. Making a joke isn't a delusional...but identifying with a bunch of different types of people who all own a common product for different reasons is delusional...funny how that works, huh?

Apparently they got the car back for this weeks episode with a wing. I won't tell you what happened, but I'll post the video if I can ever find it.

Good episode overall, love the new S class, though I wish it looked like the CL.

Definitely. Their review of the S Class was much more favorable than that of Fifth Gear.

these aremy favourite stats:
- 806bhp (us fuel)
- 850bhp (european fuel)
- 900bhp (bio-fuel)

a brilliant way to promote new fuels IMO

except for the fact that the wing on the Koenigsegg is an actual airfoil and the MS wing is just a pretty looking piece of fibreglass.

I invite you to come and sit in my car at 190kmh, break hard for a 3rd gear 1st turn.

Oh btw... my home track is Sandown, Melbourne, Australia.

On that note, has anyone seen actual figures/claims of wings and/or spoilers written up anywhere? Not the looks, but the aerodynamics?

And I invite you to get a masters in fluid dynamics. I never said it doesn't create lift, a barn door can create lift, I just said the koenigseggs wing is not like the MS "wing".

It's damn near impossible to come by for anything but spec race series wings. I have some data for the Crawfords Composites wing used in Speed Touring, and some stuff from the 70's/80's daytona prototypes, but that's about it. Nobody seems to want to cough it up.

The STI and Evo have them, I don't have them on hand but google search should turn something up.
