How much does it cost?? If you get a shop to do it, they charge 20 - 30 thousand !!!

Also how was your fd before the swap
everybody I know gets an fd, they break down after a week and cost 6000 to fix and rebuild.

My FD is one of the freacks that really dont brake down that much and when it does is something really simple.

I will be doing all the hand labor myself and a friend thats being doing rotary's since the 80's, most of the cost from shops is hand labor, 20b are not that expensive here.

thats insane T_T i've always dreamed of an FD but a 20b is insane. my cousin in chicago is building an FD 13B but that 20b is sick. since you're aiming for 500whp i'm guessing you're sticking with the turbo? will it remain twin or will you change to single?

the reality is that the stock twins are good for about 400 rwhp, thats my goal right now, but the real goal is 600 rwhp with a single turbo set up, but let me say this 400 rwhp on a 13b will make a picky engine and not very relyable, wile a 20b will do this with 10psi of boost and make torque from 1500 rpms

so it is really a better street machine with the 20b

hey man nice project, can't wait to see it finished

i know what you mean about the 13B being peaky at that power level, the 20B has a pretty similar power band to an SR at those levels, but with less boost
