If They Build It, Will They Be Able To Meet Demand, Even Over the Long Run?

I believe you've taken that comment from a thread on engine design or something of that nature. Completely out of context.

The Mustang looked too retro but grew on me the more I saw them. The Challenger looks like crap. I don't even notice it because it looks like a newly painted 35 yo car. The Camaro concept looks really good. It's retro but the fabrication looks modern. The thing is to make a retro car that doesn't look like it was made 35 years ago. Chrysler is not being innovative even though I like that their new cars come with great performance. The 300 is very nice but all the rest that have come after aren't. Chryslers are too 1 dimensional for me.
What's innovative? A 1.3 liter engine that gives the vehicle 50/50 weight distribution and allows it to handle better than almost anything on the road.

Maybe a new job would help also...lol
NomisR, I'm with ya...while I "like" the GTO it should have gotten it's name. Let's see what happens with the next one.
AND...for the record, remember my long dead Camaro thread...well, there were ALOT better concepts there while I know some of them might be drawings from loyal fans.

but then again...what is it costing to make it etc...and if you look at the stang (which i have), the outside is cool...the new 5.3l(dont quote me) V8 is there best 1 in a while...but the interior is for ****...but then again...ur paying for the speed and exteriorill just say this...id better not be dissapointed if the price is around the GTO and up

wow, what a coincidence. opened up the mailbox and guess what's on the cover of the feb. MT? the challenger (and chrysler imperial) concept. MT lists a 6.1L hemi with a viper 6-speed manual, all of which you may be able to purchase in 2009. the imperial looks like a rolls with suicide doors (obviously a copy of the rx-8
) with the 300C's hemi.
and on a side note, a feature of a poss. chevy stingray based off the sky/solstice platform with a malibu or caddy v6. retro fans, rejoyce!
