There's a few owners in Idaho. Not many I know of that are very active on this site. Heck, even I'm not that active (I only log in on occasion or to use search). idahorotary.com has been mentioned in that other thread; but it is pretty dead.

There's a good assortment of auto-enthusiasts of all types on idahomotorsports.com (IMS), and the site is pretty active. Myself and one other on IMS member have RX-8's, and there's a good deal of RX-7 owners on the site as well. Most of us are active in autocross, drag racing, or hill climbs. Your RX-8 is a GREAT car to get active in autocross with.

 

According to your profile, you do. I'm guessing there are at least a couple other people who live in idaho. Wikipedia probably has an accurate estimate of the number of people living in idaho.

Thread revival! [= Where are all the 8 owners in Idaho nowadays.. I seem them driving around, but we never do meets or anything. We need to start....

mainly depending on what part of idaho. Idahomotorsports has at least 4 of us in boise that are fairly active at meets at buffalo wild wings

Lol, ims does every month. But I'm not sure how the 8 turnout if going to be anymore. Scotty is moving, deity is selling his. it really just leaves 2 of us.

You know... it would awesome if we had some sort of regional forum section for this sort of stuff.

 

Shout out to all the 8 owners in North Idaho! id like to start a meet about once a month if we can get enough 8 owners together. we can bring in from Spokane, CDA, and all surrounding areas. I am from the Priest River area so if there are any others around, let me know!

 

I'm in Spokane and Fazda is in Post Falls. Not many 8's but there is a local Mazda group on FB. We get together pretty regularly for coffee and care.

Edit: coffee and cars, not care. We don't stand around and group hug lol..
