I saw a Murcielago on the side of the road about a year ago, that vision still haunts me. It's one thing to see pics of exotics, but when you see them in real life it's a whole different story. oh and one more thing, ....holy crap! a Zonda!! I bet that thing was sick!! too bad you couldn't have filmed it or something, plus, what the heck is someone driving that in traffic for?! Good on them for not keeping it a garage queen

I think the price tag is 1 or 1.5 million, but I could be wrong.

this might help as well

http://www.paganiautomobili.it/

http://www.vonbraun.se/index.taf?_fu...46E936410E5117

http://www.sysmod.com/eurocalc/offec-ir.htm

It came out to about 730,000.00 when I used these sites, I think that was for a used one though.

Love the Zonda's styling, but a well-tuned RX-7 has the ability to match that powerband :D. Handling on the other hand...nah I'm going to be an *** and say the FD has the ability to out-handle it.

I think you would be surprised. The Zonda is probably one of the best handling cars. PERIOD.

Zonda is in the mold of the Mclaren,Enzo etc. as it is basically a street legal F1 car. I have a ton of respect and appreciation for the late gen FD but I don't think it could hang for long if at all. By the way, I found this purty picture while digging up pricing info.:

Those cars are soo nice.. but i would never buy one... i would rather rent or something.. RX-8 and 350Z... (Supra TT ,RX-7 TT ,300ZX ,3000GT VR-4 )... japanese sports car are better... and they cost 1/10 of a exotic...

Thats just my opinion... They are very sweet tho and i almost pissed my pants when i saw a Lambo... and ferraris...

it was hard to get it dialed but with over 1000 hp I was lapping people all over the place with it in GT3. I do quite well with the Gilette and the RX8 concept, of course there are the F1 cars too

The Zonda was one of my early purchases in GT3. Smoked tons of cars with it. Needs proper suspension tuning and gear ratios though. Beautiful car.

Imagine how pissed you'd be getting a door ding in that.

those cars are never parked anywhere that would constitute a ding, but what if you were cleaning it and knocked over something and ........oh the horror I managed to do something similar to my 8 with my bike pedal, how aggravating. I don't know where the 300-500,000 is coming from, everywhere I've looked this thing goes for a minimum of 700,000+. I know they have 2 models, I wonder if the 300-500 is for the "lesser" one?

Everyone has to park somewhere sometime (although I'd never let a car like that outa my sight) imagine dinging the door at the gas station.

I found this in the last paragraph of a british review of the Zonda:

"But the Zonda also raises a tantalising possibility. If Lotus can make a tiny, affordable car handle like a go-kart, and Pagani's Modena Design can do the same thing with a vehicle that's fourteen feet long and seven feet wide and costs over £250,000"

That should put it between 350,000 and 500,000$ depending on the exchange rate. This was the road version and not the full out race version. Review stated that the car topped out 210mph with 500bhp. Beautiful car.

actually 250,000 comes out to 455,something so good job on that one. I think the 700,000 and up price is for the full on race prepped etc. (thank goodness I finally found a definitive answer, I thought i was going nuts there for a sec) If I could afford a 6 figure car, I'd have my own gas station! and the pumps would be covered in felt so no scratches...lol well, no felt...but I would have my own gas station at least.

No problem - the body is carbon fiber, it won't ding.

no dings, but it will delaminate. I guess if you can afford that car, you can afford to replace the panel in the event of that.
