How would you react? how not to tow a mazda.
By the looks of it, "Driving a Mazda" went horribly wrong before the tow truck driver was ever called in the first place, so it seems more like a big truck load of karma was being delivered to someone that day.
Last time I checked, tow truck drivers don't climb into a flipped over car in order to set the parking brake, so as horrible as that might seem for the owner of that car, there's not much that can be done under those circumstances.
At least if they have full coverage, they're going to get a replacement car, that hasn't been rolled, twice, in the same day.
BC.

their car may not have been totaled to begin with, may have had some sort of mechanical problem or a flat. when it came off the tow it couldve sustained all the initial damage, with off and over the edge being the "killing blow". still a shame to see that occur to any car, looks like this might be on the tow company to replace
The car is totaled from the beginning. (damaged sides, roof, hood, and front bumper)
And that's just exterior, who knows about airbags and all that ****.
Definitely driver error, if the accident didn't happen, the tow truck wouldn't show up.
Tough luck to the owner, learn how to drive next time.
