Type S is just the CR for the JDM and maybe european market. There are some minor difference like interior trim, and tonneau covers. Correct me if I'm wrong but the USDM gets hard top only, soft top completely removed.

Same thing. I got up close and personal with a CR last week at a car show. Say what you will but this thing is impressive up close. The interior has a very raw, race inspired feel, i just wanted to start it up and tear out of there!

the type S will have slightly softer suspension compared to the CR, as well as having a soft top, where the CR has only a removable hardtop. Otherwise it's pretty much the same car.

front bumper is the same as the normal s2k with a real aggressive lip kit on it. I like it

They really need to do something with that Design. No matter how high the bench is or how crazy the front bumber is, its still an S2k. Time for a overahaul, imo.

The exterior design of the s2k is fine. It's the damn KITT derived gauges that needs to be replaced back in 1995!
