Ok so ive been waiting for about a year trying to get an rx8 and its finally time. Now i spoke to the Dealer and the general sales manager told me he could locate an rx8 with all the stuff i want which is
black/leather/spoiler/appear pkg./6 sp with around 10k miles for24k or less. Now im not very knowledgable when it comes to how to they get them from toher dealers and such. My understanding from asking a few ppl is that they pay the other dealership like 200 bucks plus what they are worth as far as dealer to dealer and then they pay shipping and they get the 8 on their lot for a good price and can sell it to me but the guy said he has to bid on it so im thinking hes gonna find me one and say the cheapest he can get it for is 25 now trying to make an extra grand off of me. I hope i explained that well. Mainly im asking is what kind of prices do the dealers get these for and what should i do to get the best deal. Also if it helps im paying cash. If anyone can explain the process to me then let me know becuase im very clueless at this point!

Why would you want to add another money-sucking middleman?

Do the legwork yourself, and go to a place that has one you want.
