Most likely what will happen is your insurance will be canceled and you parents will be placed on high risk state insurance. Which is way expensive for almost no coverage. If there is a bank lien on the van, then the bank has the right to demand it be paid off if it's not covered under full insurance, which state plpd is not. Don't forget about the defensive driving classes you will prolly have to take too. Those are expensive. Get an attorney.
