Going to test drive an LS430 Today

You may want to get an Audi Allroad if you want the comfort of Lexus but with a superior Audi AWD and the fun of a sports vehicle. Driving an allroad makes a 9 hour drive feel like a 3 hour drive. Voice recognition and onstar included in Audis now.

Jag -- It won't have Lexus reliability....probably not even close. Never driven an XJR. Drove an XJ8, it was too floaty for my tastes.
LS -- Never drove one. Ridden in one, very nice and quiet.
SC 400 -- Owned one. Just as good, possibly better than the LS....and with far prettier sheetmetal. I totally adored that car. Sold it 'cause it had been wrecked previously. I still lust for another one. Funny thing was, I thought it was not bad when I bought it, but after a while I just completely fell in love. Don't know if you want a coupe or not, but it is definetly worth a look.
Allroad -- I own a TT, and thought about replacing it with an Allroad....read up on them. Found out that they're a parts eating monstrosity. They need frequent repairs with expensive parts, and they're so difficult to work on that the techs will take pictures during disassembly so they can remember how it goes back together....you'll have sky high labor bills to match the parts prices.

Yeah, the SC 400 rocks. I owned one for a couple of years, a 1996 model. Beautiful, classy, reliable, smooth, fast, wonderful. I would still be driving it if I hadn't totalled it in a rollover. Highly recommended, and well in your price range.
