gh8st's new whip.. bring on the haters/flamers :)
Gh8st, I just got a 2010 WRX Sedan, my first stick car
Yes, I know the RX8 SHOULD have been stick but I let some people talk me out of it. Big mistake
Let me just say, ClubWRX.net website kinda sucks compared to this one lol. The tool bar at the top with search, quck links, etc doesn't work, it is really slow and pics don't always load. As for useful information, it is pretty good.
Only reason I got a WRX was because the dealer gave me 10K for my 2004 RX8 GT AT and I worked them for a wicked deal. I wasn't expecting to walk out of there with the WRX, but it happened. It was like going to a party to get wasted and leaving with a chick that is just as hot as your gf but has bigger *****. Kind of feel like I'm cheating on the forum lol.

Did you ask for $10k trade in and that is what they gave you?
I recently gave a buddy a ride who has one of the new WRX's, modded to the highlands. Swapped STI turbo, all sorts of goodies.
Needless to say, he is looking at RX8's now, specifically the R3. He couldn't believe how well the car rotates, and i have only upgraded the tires to 245's.

I like the WRX. It's a hot car. I like the EVOs too. My only critique would be that I don't like the red accents. The car would look way better all black. Just my opinion and I would imagine this would be a really easy fix. All in all nice car dude.

i'm not gonna keep the red on black style... probably gonna go with gold rims for a start.
my wrx is basically an STi. The only thing that's NOT STi is the engine block, but apparently it's only the head that's different.. It's still the 2.5 liter. I'm gonna build the engine anyways, so it doesn't matter. drop a bigger turbo in, and i'll be making 400-450 whp without even breaking a sweat

There is a bit more than that but for the 2011 model or later the WRX is the better choice for most people. Also the 2011 STI will be available in sedan or hatch.

Hey dudes, just thought i'd share this. I wanted to do this for a bit, and i finally got around to it. Here are some pics of how it all went down.
Let's get started. Cleaned it up real nice

Made the decal/vinyl myself at kinkos when i got bored.. yay for perks

Prepped thoroughly

I used flat black spray paint from autozone. No turning back! haha.. I did two coats

Pics of the final product.. I'll get a pic of it with the bumper on tomorrow

i leave you with a pedobear cameo
