Ferrari seems to think that weight distribution of 46% front 54% rear is excellent weight distribution .

I think i will keep the rx8 , increase the power by 50kw and save 500,000 big ones , and get perfect 50- 50 weight distribution .

 

I'm with Lock&Load: Save the money for something else.

To me, the Chevy SS Concept looks a lot more like an RX-8.

 

That does not look an RX-8. It looks like a Tiburon! Seriously!

 

Aside from having 4 wheels, the new Ferrari 4 seater doesn't look anything like an RX-8. It does look a whole lot like a Ferrari Ingrid, though. More specifically, the 1954 Paris Auto Show car, the Ferrari 375MM Pininfarina Speciale, seen here . It was nicknamed the 'Ingrid' since it was supposedly commissioned by Roberto Rossellini for his partner, Ingrid Bergman.

The '8 is lovely but it ain't no Ferrari. However, some of the lines are Italian-esque, which really turns me on!

I'm with Ike -- it looks nothing like an 8. It's a gorgeous car nonetheless, and bears more than a passing resemblance to the new Maserati coupe.

 

the only resemblance i see, and its a slight one, is between the original drawings of the two cars
