Dodge "EV" in 2010?

Not to mention that whole door, inlet and rear 1/4 side window is all from a Ferrari 355, stretched out Acura RSX head lights, etc. Would be cooler if the car was a original design otherwise it looks like a borderline kit car.

The reason it seems like a mix of Lotus and Tesla is because the Tesla was based off of the Elise and the Dodge EV is an electric Europa. It said right in the article that it used the Europa's body and chassis. So it definately isn't an original design, and it isn't Dodge stealing design ideas, it's Lotus. Dodge just took what Tesla was doing and didn't try to disguise it.

^+1 way to read it, not sure about the people above you.. short attention span maybe?
I would gen one, as soon as it became available. Imagine, getting 50mpg (article says 400mi range with 8 or 9 gallons of gas, 400/8=50mpg) and beating the crap out of most other cars on the road

right now, I see ALOT of EV test mules running around here in Socal, I've seen one from Dodge, GM, and Ford and even one from Honda!!
it's easy to spot, they have a blue "EV" sticker on their side
looks like we're all gonna have a huge EV market soon

I also like what I'm seeing.
Although, I've lost faith in American auto manufacturers. So I won't be buying anything from dodge. There's nothing worse than buying a car that doesn't handle very well, makes a lot of noise, and is oversized... I'm almost glad their manufacturer capped the life span of these mediocre cars.
I am all for brand loyalty, to the manufacturers that develop dependability, longevity, efficiency and most of all "the fun factor". I only wish that Mazda jumped into the mix with their own electric car. Being Mazda, they would produce a car just as well as the other Japanse manufacturers, but it would look nicer, and of course would be "designed" for fun.

Dodge took a lotus europa and put an electric motor in it. They didnt change a single body pannel, but they didnt need to since Lotus doesnt sell the Europa in the US.
