Hmmm not to bad or not to good looking. They need to do something about that new corporate truck grille. I wonder what platform it will be based on?

Agreed that the grill has to go, I like the hood though.
They need to round out the wheel wells.

It's OK, and yes the rear is very much like the Z (not a good thing, the worst part of the Z) mixed with the new Audi 2 door.

I don't know....for now it's, mehhhhh

When I first saw this, not these pictures, I immediately thought "Bad Chinese Copy of S2000".

I like it. Its like a mini viper. 2.4l 4 pot, 6 speed and rwd. Sounds like a good combo to me. I wonder if this is an answer to the solstice/sky. Id like to see it with an srt-4 engine to compete against the gxp/redline. I hope this makes it to production.

It doesn't look that bad overall. It's unfortunate that it has that distinctive Dodge front end to it. That's what completely kills it.

agreed^ with the dodge/Ford corporate grilles, I cant imagine any good looking cars will come out of American car companies. I like the back, some porsche feel to it.

I CAN'T STAND corp grills, it forces your designers to employ a generic style to all their cars which in turn hurts style overall.

Dodge, has a BADDDDDD case of this and even BMW has hurt some cars while their corp grill is better looking. I know they all do it to a certain degree, but I rather my company badge be the only thing added to the creativity of my designers.

Info says it's not based on anything. New from ground up and at 2600lbs - possible 300hp, I'd hit it. Styling is not really that bad, even the front, and nice side too, but the back to me is a bit iffy too angular. Wonder if they figured how to put more than a handkerchief in it for luggage unlike the Solstice/Sky?

You have to admit that whatever happens with this - the market for small sports cars is heating up - and that has to be good overall - competitiveness improves the breed - and wouldn't it be nice to be out on a track with your 8, some Solstices, Miatas, Skys, and some of these along with the mix of boring sedans? Maybe it would hurryup a MS MX-5 turbo/SC for all we know.... and heh what about the Kabura?? Mazda better get a move on...

I do see the S2000 in the front profile. I kinda like it for some odd reason. Too bad I don't like convertibles. I showed it to my wife (who is in the market for a convertible) and she still likes the MX-5 with the retractable hardtop best.

Corporate grills are everywhere these days. Every single car manufacturer has a front fascia that looks pretty similar to every other car they make, including mazda.
Now, I personally don't care for the dodge front fascia, but you can always tell a dodge from any other car..

The front grill has to go like seriously.. its a TRUCK grill, its what will kill this car if it hits production.

it's gotta be the same platform as the crossfire, but smartly this one isn't an auto, you have the choice of a 6speed manual. and the rear def looks xfire convertible related.

Any word on production? I don't see Dodge making it in the roadster market. There's limited room in the niche. They're doing fine without one and should stick with the big, gangsta sedans. Based on looks alone, I would never consider it. It looks much heavier than 2600lbs.
