I do agree that a lot of Japanese TV I see is pretty lame.... but then again, so is a lot of our TV.

I'm pretty sure that was Chinese. Didn't sounds like any Japanese I'm used to hearing, but I could be wrong seeing as I'm about as far from fluent as they come.
Either way, pretty funny stuff - you defintiely need a kind of "off" sense of humor to really enjoy a lot of the asian stuff out there. Lots of subtelty, bizarre situations and nonsense. I love it!

That was NOT japanese. It was in cantonese, shot in Hong Kong.
Edit: Actually, I'm not sure if it was shot in Hong Kong. I only assumed it was cuz its basically the only place where they have ricers like that and speak Cantonese. (Other than Vancouver!!
