Other than the decals, white wheels, and non matching seats I think the car is done rather well. I'm guessing there was much more in store for that car and would make a great project car, which is what I think it was but they probably had funding issues and were forced to sell.

Thousands of dollars spent and it's still FWD and pretty weak. Sure, to each his own, but I'm reminded of a certain quote by PT Barnum...
The real sad part is that someone is actually willing to pay $11k for it, which would buy you a real Evo IV in some parts of the world...

I don't think he's going to get a very good "sell" on a half-project car like that. A makeshift evo that's (apparently) fwd, n/a, and pretty darn close suspension-wise to the US mirage it is under the shell.
Not to discredit the work done though. Just not interesting to most people's pocketbooks.
