Just read this today, & this sickens me. He was part of another board that I belonged to : 6speedonline. really good guy. He was on the track and apparently the track waved on a Ferrari, as they did not see him coming around. He was travelling in excess of 150 mph & tried to swerve to avoid the car coming onto the track & ran into the concrete retaining wall. He was wearing the proper helmet & safety belt but hit the wal at 100+ mph. Passenger died immediately, Ben died at the hospital. Even at track days you can be in danger. Please drive safe out there .

Yeah it is quite sad news and they were young guys too.
