That's correct. BMW may continue the current nomenclature at least in the US. 3-series is very much the identity for BMW cars and it may not make much sense here to confuse the consumers. Nothing has been confirmed for the states as of yet.

Like Danomite said, the wagon will be out before the coupe. And then another year before the Ms.

Expect a power bump from the new Magnesium/Aluminum engines for the coupes.

That's too bad! I know some of the sales people do. But I actually work for BMW Group Financial Services, so I was very fortunate to participate.

 

most of the sales men get to go. that way they can tell the customer first hand how the BMW vehicles compare to the competition. technicians are always the lowest man on the totem pole. we're the backbone of the company, but don't get any credit.
