Same reason why all rotaries are being banned they are too amazing! Such a light and powerful platform (for their size n weight) and how the classify it compared to a piston engine its sad how they restrict the engines used like in gt racing they could allow them to use more power but they dont, they would dominate racing if they had equal power the little mazda's would leave the ferrari's and porsche's and american cars behind! Love the sound of the rotary engines n the 4 rotors scream even more its like an orgasm in your ear n soul
