2009 Porsche Cayman S
God I want to molest that blue one.
It's funny, you could get a 370Z in Nissans blue colour (which is similar) for half the price and 95% of the fun and yet still I want to give the Cayman the bad touch.

idk man id never compare the 2, but like I said id like both. Hell I already said in another post if I my rx8 wasnt so new id sell it and buy a 370z, but thats only cause I cant buy a cayman haha
Except those colors are going to get real old in about two years.
But my main problem is the effort that Porsche put into crippling this car so that it doesn't embarrass the 911. I mean, $70k for a Cayman S and it doesn't even have LSD? WTF

It's an option now...and it's not 70K...that's what it starts in CAD...it's 60K and for 1K you can get a LSD =)
On a side note, when I was test driving almost a dozen cars last fall (finally ending up buying the RX-8), I test drove a '08 Cayman S for fun and it was the only car of the bunch that I enjoyed driving more than the RX-8. The '09s with LSD and 25 hp more must be wicked.
The Tech Art Cayman is sick! That red one is hot too...
I just love how the Cayman wears the Porsche badge, but it doesn't look like a Porsche , it almost has italian-esc lines to it. They kind of remind me of the old Ferrari Dino of yester year.
And I thought the Cayman S was faster than the standard 911 or at least matches it in performance?

Actually, I just did a "Build Your Own" on the Porsche website and to get the LSD, you have to get the PDK transmission (your twisting my arm!). But the sticker price can still be US$66K if you don't break the bank on other options. PDK and LSD are also available on the standard Cayman (which also got power/displacement) upgrades for about US$10K less.

Exactly right Daemos. The only issue for me is relative cost, and that I would be therefore even less inclined to take a nice Cayman out in inclement weather. I'm already **** enough with my '8.
Still.... I'm debating ....
