only after decent rainfalls this occurs. the car struggles to get up to even 50mph and shakes and chugs while doing so. i have taken a look at electrical wiring harnesses, fusebox, and intake for large amount of moisture and cant find anything. google didnt give much for responses. anyone have any ideas what it could be?

 

Are you getting any diagnostic trouble codes, cylinder misfires perhaps? There were some wiring harness pin issues at one point that I remember.
