Clear corners legal in PA?

Yea, I know the logic about as long as they glow amber, they're fine... but...

I need proof (like a link to a PA web page, etc.) beyond "I read it somewhere on the RX-8 forum" or my wife won't let me buy 'em

Anyone ever stumble upon anything official for PA?

Clear corners in PA for a year with amber bulbs and no problems yet. Doesn't mean it is legal but I am not worried about that. Now, tint, that is another story...

Has it passed inspection with the clears?

I agree it looks fantastic... but the wife wants Official, Notarized (in blood) Proof Of Legality before I can order them.

I've been searching around, but specific info eludes me thus far...

Just to close the thread, if anyone cares (lol), as best I can tell, clear corner markers are illegal in PA. Title 67, Chapter 153 addresses this (see attached pic).

Amber reflectors, as well as amber lights, are apparently required

haha maybe they are illegal but no one ever bothers me about them and it did pass inspection so i guess it would depend on how bored a cop is and if they really wanted to pull you over for somthing that stupid lol. I have the stock clear lights still but I could have sworn if you got amber lights it would be legal.

It says amber lamp, which when you turn on the signal / lights it is amber, isn't it? I don't think they care what the color of the lamp housing is so long as when the lamp is illuminated it's the proper color.
